Agenda of the Meeting :

1) To ratify the Minutes of the Last AGM
2) To present the Accounts(I/E Account & B/S) of 2009-10 & 2010-11 and to present the Activity Report of the Mandal
3) To appoint Auditors for next 2 years
4) To pass the budget for the Annual Day to be held in 2011-12
5) To pass the budget for "Sneh Samelan" of the members of Mandal during 2012-13.
6) To Elect 13 Working Committee Members for the years 2011-2013.
