Floating House

In the Netherlands they're experimenting with floating houses, as a way of dealing with climate change and rising water levels. Large areas of the Netherlands are reclaimed land which is below sea level and the authorities there are starting to conclude they can't control water levels for ever. One of the country's biggest construction companies says floating homes may be an answer.
